Registration as a Member

When you access the Website you will be asked if you wish to register as a Member with us. In registering as a Member you represent and undertake:-

• that you have registered using true, accurate and up-to-date Personal Information;
• that you have registered with your own Personal Information and not that of any other person; and
• to inform us immediately, by updating your Personal Information online, if there is any change in your Personal Information so that we can ensure this remains true, accurate and up-to-date.

Payment Currency

• Panda Shop's official payment currency is Hong Kong dollar (HKD$).

Items Exchange / Return

• Items will be exchanged if faulty or unused and returned in the original packaging and in a resaleable condition within 14 days of receipt. All goods must be accompanied with the original receipt.
• Any shipping and handling fees that were paid during the original order are non-refundable. All additional shipping and handling fees are chargeable.
• In case of any disputes, WWF reserves the right to make the final decision.
